About the event
A sharing circle is where people meet in order to connect once again with themselves and their hearts, while being held by the collective.ย
Everyone is welcome to join, to share whatever arises to their surfaces, as well as no one is obliged to speak.
If speaking is still too difficult yet someone feels called to join anyway, please do so!
During a sharing circle, once the space has been open, only one person at a time is speaking.
It is important to allow each individual to take the space and time they need to connect and release, free of judgement from others or themselves.
At the beginning of each sharing circles we will connect, care for our inner worlds for a little while and open the ground for vulnerability once everyone feels ready.
